Technical Support – HVAC

Our client, a master distributor of energy-efficient ducted and non-ducted heat pump systems, is looking for an experienced technical support member to join the team and provide expert assistance to customers, technicians, and internal teams by offering guidance on installation and maintenance and ensuring customer satisfaction. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Providing remote support for customers, clients and technicians.
  • Offer guidance on HVAC system installation, configuration and best practices.
  • Conduct training sessions/webinars for customers/techs.
  • Work closely with internal teams, (engineers, sales, customer service) enhancing support and provide feedback to product development teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of field experience 
  • Strong verbal, written, and communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM or ticketing systems for tracking.
  • Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently while collaborating with a team.
  • Certifications (EPA 608, NATE or Red Seal) are a bonus!
