Regional Sales Manager – Midwest/Northwest USA

A leading HVAC manufacturer is seeking a driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager to support and grow its Manufacturer Representative network across the Midwest/Northwest U.S. market. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization known for innovation, technical expertise, and high-efficiency HVAC solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Drive regional sales growth and market share expansion
- Lead, coach, and support Manufacturer Representative firms
- Develop strategic business opportunities within commercial HVAC markets
- Deliver product and sales training to channel partners
- Build relationships with engineers, contractors, and key decision-makers
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to support business strategy
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of regional sales management experience within the HVAC industry
- Strong knowledge of chillers, heat pumps, and hydronic HVAC systems
- Experience managing Manufacturer Representatives or channel partners preferred
- Proven ability to grow sales and develop strong customer relationships
- Strong communication, leadership, and business development skills
- Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory
- Candidates must reside and be authorized to work in the United States
