Regional Sales Manager – Midwest/Northwest USA

Hybrid/Remote

A leading HVAC manufacturer is seeking a driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager to support and grow its Manufacturer Representative network across the Midwest/Northwest U.S. market. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization known for innovation, technical expertise, and high-efficiency HVAC solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive regional sales growth and market share expansion
  • Lead, coach, and support Manufacturer Representative firms
  • Develop strategic business opportunities within commercial HVAC markets
  • Deliver product and sales training to channel partners
  • Build relationships with engineers, contractors, and key decision-makers
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity to support business strategy

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of regional sales management experience within the HVAC industry
  • Strong knowledge of chillers, heat pumps, and hydronic HVAC systems
  • Experience managing Manufacturer Representatives or channel partners preferred
  • Proven ability to grow sales and develop strong customer relationships
  • Strong communication, leadership, and business development skills
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory
  • Candidates must reside and be authorized to work in the United States
