What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and expand relationships with residential HVAC contractors
- Leverage and grow network within the contractor/distributor channel
- Drive adoption of advanced home technology solutions
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities tied to rebate programs and energy efficiency incentives in BC
- Own and grow a territory with a high degree of autonomy
What They’re Looking For
- Proven B2B HVAC sales experience
- Strong connections within the residential contractor network
- Entrepreneurial mindset — someone who wants a new challenge
- Comfortable operating in a smaller, flexible, fast-moving environment
- Not one-dimensional — adaptable, resourceful, and able to think beyond a traditional sales approach
