Sales Manager – Mechanical
Location: GTA
We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead the Mechanical Division, with responsibility for driving growth across heating, cooling, hydronics, and VRF systems. This person will play a key role in strengthening mechanical systems sales execution and strategy.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both technical depth and strong commercial capability within HVAC/mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales strategy across mechanical systems including hydronics, heating, cooling, and VRF
- Drive revenue growth through contractors, consultants, and key mechanical accounts
- Lead, coach, and develop sales team members
- Support forecasting, pipeline management, and pricing discipline
Qualifications
- Strong background in HVAC/mechanical systems (hydronics, fluid movement, VRF, chilled/hot water systems)
- 7+ years of progressive sales experience in mechanical/building systems environments
- Proven ability to lead or support sales teams in a technical sales organization
- Strong understanding of contractor and consultant-driven project sales cycles
