Engineering Sales Representative – HVAC / Ventilation

Our client is looking for a technical sales professional who can influence HVAC projects at the design stage by working closely with consulting engineers and engineering firms.
In this role, you’ll focus on driving product specifications, supporting engineers with equipment selections and technical guidance, and ensuring products are specified before projects go to tender.
What You’ll Do
Build relationships with consulting engineers, designers, and engineering firms
Drive product specifications on commercial HVAC and ventilation projects
Support engineers with equipment selections, technical documentation, and budget pricing
Identify and develop new engineering accounts
Deliver technical presentations and Lunch & Learns
Track project pipelines and market activity
Maintain account and project activity in CRM
What You Bring
5–10 years of commercial HVAC sales experience
Strong understanding of HVAC systems and applications
Experience supporting engineers through the design/specification stage
Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills
Ability to travel within the territory
