What You’ll Do
As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll:
- Receive comprehensive training on our products, methods, and the manufacturers we represent.
- Collaborate with Technical Sales Representatives where your skills can make the biggest impact.
- Serve as the key point of contact between customers, Technical Sales Reps, and manufacturers, handling:
- Customer requirement analysis
- Equipment sizing, pricing, and quoting
- Purchase order entry to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
- Parts quotes and order management
- 5+ years of experience in industrial inside sales (preferred)
- Proficient in business software and CRM systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a small, agile team
