Sales Manager – Airside Division
Location: GTA
We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead the Airside Division, overseeing both outside and inside sales teams (~20 people). This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing team capability, and strengthening customer relationships across the HVAC airside market.
The ideal candidate brings a strong technical foundation (C.E.T. or equivalent in Mechanical/Engineering Technology preferred) and proven leadership experience within HVAC, mechanical, or building systems environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a combined inside and outside sales team (~20 staff)
- Drive sales performance, territory growth, and key account development across the airside portfolio
- Support complex technical sales involving engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting discipline
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, product, and leadership teams to ensure execution
Qualifications
- C.E.T. designation or equivalent technical education (Mechanical/Engineering Technology preferred)
- Strong HVAC or mechanical systems background, ideally with airside product exposure
- 7+ years of progressive sales experience, including team leadership
- Experience managing both inside and outside sales teams preferred
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to support engineered solutions
