We are currently seeking a Design Manager to take charge of our client’s design team in the GTA. If you bring more than 5 years of experience, a knack for leading teams, expertise in fire protection, and hold a related degree, we're eager to connect with you! In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing a team of 6-7 designers, managing projects, and fostering effective communication.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in fire protection design.
- Proven track record in leading and motivating a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comprehensive understanding of fire protection system design and a strong familiarity with industry standards/practices.
- Relevant degree or certification in fire protection, engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address design challenges.
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
