This dynamic role thrives with a couple duo, where one partner manages bookings and daily operations, while the other takes charge of yard duties. Immerse yourself in the beautiful Muskoka surroundings and ensure our marina runs like a well-oiled machine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of marina operations, ensuring seamless and efficient workflows.
• Booking and Administration: Take charge of bookings, daily operations, and administrative tasks, keeping everything organized and running smoothly.
• Yard Management: Manage deliveries, tackle some mechanical tasks, and skillfully handle backing up boats on trailers.
• Customer Experience: Deliver top-notch customer service and ensure every guest leaves with a smile.
• Problem Solving: Quickly address and resolve any operational or customer issues that arise.
• Technical Support: Leverage our revamped software to enhance operational efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background: While experience in marina management is ideal, it’s not a dealbreaker. We value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
• Skills: Be computer savvy, a natural problem-solver, and possess excellent customer service skills.
• Mechanical Inclination: Mechanical skills are a bonus and highly valued.
