Our client, a leading innovative HVAC manufacturer in the GTA, is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Territory Sales Manager to expand business and brand presence across Ontario in 2025. Available Territories:
Southwestern Ontario (including Milton, Hamilton, Niagara south west to Windsor) – Ideally based in the Guelph area.
Key Responsibilities:
Focus on expanding the Residential New Construction (RNC) market in your region, primarily selling HVAC products to builders, HVAC contractors, dealers, manufacturer reps, and distribution partners.
Build and nurture strong relationships with builders, consulting energy advisors, HVAC contractors, and industry influencers to drive sales and brand awareness.
Network and engage with industry associations like HRAI, Local HBA and/or Ontario Home Builders Association (OHBA), EnerQuality, and other key service providers.
Collaborate with a high-performing, close-knit team while working independently, taking full ownership of your territory and sales targets.
Leverage your business development skills, existing builder relationships, and knowledge of building code requirements, incentive and labelling programs to effectively close deals and expand market share.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience selling HVAC products to the Residential New Construction (RNC) market, with a strong track record of success in building business relationships and growing sales.
In-depth knowledge of the HVAC industry, ideally including experience working with mechanical contractors, and engineers, selling #HVAC and #hydronics.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to network and engage with industry leaders and associations.
A self-starter with a passion for driving results and growing business independently.
Technical expertise, preferably gained from hands-on experience in the HVAC industry or selling to mechanical professionals.
Existing builder relationships and business development experience will be a significant advantage.
Compensation includes competitive base salary plus performance – based incentives. Work from Home and on the road.
