KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - PROJECT COORDINATION
Assist in planning and coordinating small-size mechanical projects including HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration installations repairs, and upgrades.
Support the creation and review of project plans, schedules, technical documentation and quality assurance.
Ensure all project documentation is accurately maintained including change orders.
Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution and project quality control.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – PROCUREMENT
Manage procurement activities for materials, equipment, and subcontracted services.
Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms for pricing, quality, and delivery schedules.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and ensure compliance with the company’s procurement policies and terms.
Monitor material availability and lead times to mitigate project delays.
QUALIFICATIONS
You hold a Mechanical Engineering degree, or college diploma, or have equivalent industry experience, bringing valuable knowledge and a strong foundation.
With 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or procurement (ideally within the mechanical industry), you’re ready to take on new challenges and grow your career.
Your analytical, organizational, and communication skills set you apart, allowing you to thrive in both independent and collaborative settings.
You’re proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., MS Project), using technology to streamline and optimize your work.
A natural communicator and negotiator, you build strong relationships and drive results with vendors, clients, and team members.
You excel in a fast-paced environment, embracing change and adapting to shifting priorities with ease.
