About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bid/Spec Commercial Quotations Specialist for our client - a leading distributor of plumbing products. In this role, you will prepare detailed quotes, collaborate with sales teams and customers, and ensure timely and accurate processing of quotations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed quotes for specified customers.
• Serve as a consultant to Sales and Order Desk teams.
• Ensure quotes are accurate, well-documented, and aligned with pricing structures.
• Source products through vendors and other resources.
• Build first-time quotes in ProQuote.
• Follow up on quotes and provide status reports.
• Review customer specifications and obtain product information.
• Source and purchase non-stock items.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in commercial quotations, preferably in plumbing.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
