Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive retail sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of success and professional development.
  • Retail Partner Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and increasing market share.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the retail space, expanding the company’s footprint in key regions.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess sales performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance results.
