Manager (GTA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Direction: Manage and supervise a team of technicians and sales staff, providing guidance on fire pump service, repair, and installation processes.
• Technical Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of fire pump systems to diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and guide the team in implementing repairs and maintenance.
• Scheduling and Coordination: Efficiently schedule technicians for service calls, ensuring timely and effective response to client needs while optimizing resource allocation.
• Business Development: Collaborate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities, expand service offerings, and build long-term client relationships.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to fire pumps and diesel engine systems, leveraging this knowledge to enhance service quality.

Qualifications:

• Fire Pump Experience: Strong understanding of fire pump systems, including diesel and electric pumps, with hands-on experience in service and maintenance.
