Territory Sales Representative (HVAC)

Our client, a leader in providing quality service to the commercial and industrial sector, has an immediate opening for an Outside Sales Representative who will be responsible for developing new business with respect to maintenance contract sales for London / SWO.
If you are : 
- A Hunter - researching, prospecting, networking, cold calling 
- A Customer Service pro - respond to inquiries with effective communications and in a timely manner
- Equipped with the skills to create and deliver promotional materials and presentations, RFP's and proposals; monitor competitive strategies and activities;
- highly driven to succeed and meet and/or exceed KPI's and sales targets and communicating sales activities with Sales Manager
- a sales pro that enjoys participating in industry networking events such as tradeshows

Education/ Experience:

  • 3-5 years B2B sales experience (HVAC industry experience would be ideal)
  • A University Degree or College Diploma is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, presentation and persuasive skills
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office applications and CRM systems
