Our client is a growing HVAC distributor and they are seeking a Technical Support / Technical Trainer that can be contractors go to call for in field installation training, questions and trouble shooting. This is a unique role in a roll up your sleeves small and growing company and this role is a key team member that will also support inside sales while in the office.

This multifunctional role requires on the tool experience with strong customer service, communications and sales acumen.

Ideal candidate:

• HVAC G2 with a successful career on the tools / installation experience that includes coaching and training
• customer relations guru, rapport builder that enjoys teaching and can gain attention as a presenter in a room of contractors 
• self starter, resourceful with drive, passion and energy
• has strong sales acumen
