Position Overview:
The Quotations Specialist (PVF) plays a key role in the sales process by preparing detailed, accurate, and competitive quotes for pipe, valve, and fitting projects. This individual works closely with the sales team, vendors, and customers to ensure pricing and product selections align with project specifications and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage detailed quotations for PVF products based on project specifications and customer requests.
• Collaborate with sales representatives to understand customer requirements and develop tailored pricing solutions.
• Source pricing and availability from multiple suppliers to ensure competitive quotes.
• Ensure all quotes are accurate, timely, and aligned with company margins and goals.
• Track and follow up on outstanding quotations to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support inside and outside sales teams with technical product knowledge and pricing insights.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, market trends, and vendor programs.
• Ensure all documentation, pricing, and terms are accurate and aligned with company policies.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar quotations, inside sales, or pricing role — preferably within the PVF, plumbing, or industrial distribution sectors.
• Strong understanding of PVF products, applications, and market pricing.
• Proficiency with quoting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with sales teams, vendors, and customers.
