Our client, a well-established HVAC manufacturer, is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to take ownership of residential and light commercial sales across their territory. You’ll work closely with distribution partners, contractors, and internal teams to drive market share, develop project opportunities, and deliver results that exceed expectations.

What You’ll Do

• Manage sales for residential, light commercial, and PTAC product lines (single & multi-zone ductless, ducted, and PTAC systems).

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with distributors and contractors.

• Identify and develop new project pipelines and market opportunities.

• Coach, develop, and motivate channel partners and external sales teams.

• Travel as needed within your assigned region.

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC industry experience, preferably in residential and commercial A/C systems.

• Proven B2B sales and account development success.

• Strong presentation and public-speaking skills.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.
