We are looking for a Bilingual (French/English)  Engineering Technician (CAD Technician).  In this role, you will support sales and engineering efforts by preparing technical drawings, providing customer service, and ensuring proper application of our products. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare system drawings and details
• Track engineering service requests and assist with sanitary sewer reviews
• Integrate products into system designs
• Create special fitting details and material estimates for the sales team
• Communicate with internal teams and customers to resolve technical issues
• Develop new standard details and support CAD production under direction

 

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Civil Engineering or a two-year Technical Degree in Computer-Aided Drafting
• In addition to English, must be able to interpret designs and communicate fluently in French
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software (Revit, SolidWorks, AutoDesk)
• Proficient in 2D design experience
• Stormwater, drainage and/or underground infrastructure design
• Ability to read and interpret construction civil site plans
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other major Microsoft tools
