Opportunity: Pricing Manager
Location: Etobicoke, In-office
The Pricing Manager develops and executes pricing strategies that drive profitable growth and maintain competitive positioning. Working closely with Sales, Finance, and Product teams, this role uses data and market insights to optimize margins, support pricing decisions, and ensure accuracy across all channels.
Our client is a leading of plumbing & HVAC supplies. Industry experience is preferred but not a must.
Develop and maintain pricing models to maximize revenue and profitability.
Analyze costs, market trends, and competitor pricing to guide strategy.
Support Sales teams with pricing proposals and customer negotiations.
Manage rebate and discount programs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Monitor and reduce price overrides while improving margin discipline.
Deliver pricing and profitability reports to leadership with actionable insights.
Partner cross-functionally to align pricing with company goals and market conditions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
5+ years of pricing, financial analysis, or commercial strategy experience (building materials or CPG preferred).
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and Excel/BI tool skills.
Proven ability to translate data into strategic pricing recommendations.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
