We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join their team. This role focuses on driving business growth and leading the sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor both inside and outside sales teams through performance reviews, coaching and training.
- Develop/implement sales strategies to drive sales growth . Overseeing lead generation, sales reporting and ensuring customer relationship management for sales teams.
- Collaborating with other departments.

- HVAC Leadership and Management experience (min 2 years)
- Strong verbal, written, and communication skills.
- Highly organized, reliable with technical and sales skills.
