  • Lead HR team to implement HR strategies and programs.
  • Oversee talent management, acquisition, employee relations, training, leadership development, and performance management.
  • Guide organizational design and development programs.
  • Manage performance and compensation processes.
  • Align business unit objectives with talent initiatives.
  • Identify gaps in organizational capabilities and future objectives.
  • Lead change management initiatives to enhance performance and talent.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in HR management in a multi-site, complex organization.
  • Strong business acumen and leadership skills.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and conflict management abilities.
  • Experience in labor relations and contract negotiations.
  • Proven success in HR systems and program implementation.
