- Interpret loop layouts, AutoCAD designs, and building plans.
- Perform material takeoffs and prepare accurate project quotes.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and sales teams.
- Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering team development.
- Experience: 5+ years in hydronics/HVAC systems, with AutoCAD proficiency.
- Skills: Strong technical, leadership, and project management abilities.
- Education: Diploma or degree in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
