Head of Operations

As the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and alignment with our strategic objectives. You will lead a talented team and work collaboratively with other departments to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies in alignment with company goals.
  • Lead and mentor operational teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively, including budget, personnel, and equipment.
  • Establish and enforce quality control standards to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Optimize the supply chain, procurement, and logistics for timely product/service delivery.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and external partners to ensure a reliable supply chain.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure business continuity.
  • Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions and drive improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 7-10+ years of progressive experience in operations management with demonstrated leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and technology tools used in operations management.
