Our distribution client is looking for a strong relationship builder in the Residential HVAC industry to work with, support, and grow the dealer network while also supporting residential HVAC contractors in growing their business.
We are seeking someone that understands the HVAC industry, ideally already working for a distributor, that really understands contractors and customers.  This is a small team that can make a true impact.

IDEAL Potential candidates:
- has distribution counter sales or inside sales rep experience and is ready for a move to outside sales
- is someone that loves sales & dealing with customers and has decided being on the tools isn't where their strength is
- possesses some technical HVAC Knowledge / education / on tools experience  

This role is full-time based in GTA. The successful candidate will be working closely with a great leader, coach and mentor that knows how to develop sales talent; drive new business; and grow customer accounts.
