  • Effective execution of residential proposals among top builders
  • Direct and support sales teams and agencies, ensuring alignment with regional strategies.
  • Analyze field sales reports for corrective action.


  • Relevant education in sales or marketing.
  • Proven experience in territory management, preferably in construction.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing duties and responsibilities.
