Sales Manager/ Business Development Manager

Sales Manager
 
Develop business plans for the territory including business development strategies, sales staffing, sales market assignments, strategic customer development and industry relations. Analyze market intelligence and sales statistics to formulate effective sales strategies.
Recruit, on-board, train, develop and retain sales personnel.  Implement marketing plans and strategies to capture market share in all vertical and horizontal market segments.
Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance standards accordingly.
Direct staffing, training and performance evaluations to develop and coach sales representatives, while identifying struggling sales reps and proactively develop performance improvement plans.
Direct channel development or vertical markets, and coordinate sales by establishing sales assignments, quotas and goals to maximize account penetration.
Develop and maintain relationships with targeted End-users, Engineers, and contractors in order to leverage relationships at multiple levels within our key client base.
 
Experience
-       5+ year’s professional sales experience in the Fire protection, Security or related construction business is preferred.
-       3+ years sales management experience preferred at a similar level of responsibility.
-       Exposure to change management environment initiatives
-       Demonstrated sales/leadership experience
