- Standardize builder presentation packages and manage contracts.
- Update builder matrix, influencer list, and Canadian opportunity funnel.
- Coordinate Residential New Construction agreements and execute loyalty programs.
- Share trends and updates with agencies.
- Monitor industry publications for trends.
- Optimize incentive programs and assist in marketing efforts.
- Organize continuous training for builders' sales associates.
- Maintain a database tracking builder display centers.
- Track builder profiles, competitive landscape, and lost opportunities.
