Position Overview:
The Outside Sales Representative plays a key role in driving sales and developing customer relationships across the Brampton, Mississauga, Woodbridge, and Etobicoke territories. This individual will focus on HVAC products — with plumbing and hydronics knowledge as a bonus — and will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and providing technical expertise to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a sales pipeline within the assigned territory, focusing on HVAC products.
Build strong relationships with contractors, engineers, and industrial clients to drive sales growth.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing accounts.
Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to assist customers with project requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
3-5 years of outside sales or territory management experience.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (plumbing and hydronics are a bonus).
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of managing a large territory independently.
