Location: Brampton, ON (Covering Brampton, Mississauga, Woodbridge, Etobicoke)

About the Company:
Our client is a distributor in the plumbing and heating industry, dedicated to providing high-quality products and exceptional service to contractors. 

Position Overview:
The Outside Sales Representative plays a key role in driving sales and developing customer relationships across the Brampton, Mississauga, Woodbridge, and Etobicoke territories. This individual will focus on HVAC products — with plumbing and hydronics knowledge as a bonus — and will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and providing technical expertise to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline within the assigned territory, focusing on HVAC products.

  • Build strong relationships with contractors, engineers, and industrial clients to drive sales growth.

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing accounts.

  • Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to assist customers with project requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3-5 years of outside sales or territory management experience.

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (plumbing and hydronics are a bonus).

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of managing a large territory independently.
