Bookkeeper – Fire Sprinkler Contractor

Location: North York, ON

We’re working with an established fire sprinkler contractor looking for a Bookkeeper to support their day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping needs.

This is a great opportunity for someone with an accounting background, experience with Jonas Software, and a hands-on, can-do attitude.

What you’ll be doing:

• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting duties

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Assist with invoicing, payments, and reconciliations

• Maintain accurate financial records

• Support month-end accounting processes

• Assist with job costing and other project-related accounting

• Work with internal teams to resolve billing and accounting questions

• Take on other accounting and administrative tasks as needed

What we’re looking for:

• Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience

• Experience working with Jonas Software

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities

• Strong communication skills

• A hands-on, can-do attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed

• Experience in construction, mechanical, or fire protection is an asset
