Commercial Sales Manager – HVAC

Location: Montreal, QB based

We’re working with a leading HVAC manufacturer looking for a Commercial Sales Manager to lead and grow their commercial business across Quebec.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll manage a sales team while continuing to build relationships with HVAC contractors, consulting engineers, and key customers.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a commercial sales team
• Build and execute sales strategies to drive growth across Quebec
• Develop relationships with contractors and consulting engineers
• Support equipment selection, specifications, and sales
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share
• Work closely with customers and internal teams to drive results

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of sales management experience
• HVAC/R or technical industry experience
• Experience working with consulting engineers and contractors
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
• Proven track record in sales and business development
• Engineering or Business degree preferred
• French fluency is required
