PVF Estimator / Project Manager

Location: Oakville, ON

We're partnering with a well-established industry leader looking to add a PVF Estimator / Project Manager to their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the technical side of projects while working closely with customers, vendors, and sales to deliver successful outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Review drawings, specifications, and RFQs to identify and quote PVF products.
• Prepare accurate quotations and manage projects from award through completion.
• Partner with customers, sales, purchasing, and vendors to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Negotiate pricing, identify cost-saving opportunities, and help maximize project profitability.
• Provide technical support and recommend solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate material deliveries and maintain strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience with PVF and plumbing products in wholesale distribution.
• Experience quoting bid specifications, design-build projects, and MRO/government RFQs.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP/order entry systems.
• Hydronics experience is considered an asset.
