In this role, you'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities while helping commercial customers protect their people, property, and operations through industry-leading fire protection and life safety solutions.

As the Commercial Sales Representative, you will:
- Prospect and develop new business within commercial markets including real estate, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, industrial, and other commercial sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by becoming their trusted advisor for fire and life safety solutions.
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored fire protection systems, inspections, maintenance services, and recurring service agreements.
- Prepare and present professional proposals and sales presentations.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers receive the best possible solutions.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurately track opportunities within the CRM.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals
Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of successful commercial sales experience
- Experience selling to commercial or industrial customers
- A proven history of developing new business and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong relationship-building abilities
- The ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment
- Experience in fire protection, life safety, construction, building services, or a related industry is considered a strong asset
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
