Outside Sales Representative – Plumbing / HVAC / Hydronics
Location - Kitchener/Waterloo Area
We're seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow an established territory across Western Ontario. This role is ideal for a relationship-focused sales professional with experience in the plumbing, HVAC, or hydronics industry who enjoys developing existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and industry partners.

Grow sales within existing accounts while actively prospecting new business.

Identify customer needs and recommend technical product solutions.

Promote new products, programs, and value-added services.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer support and project execution.

Stay informed on market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments.
What We're Looking For

5+ years of outside sales experience in plumbing, HVAC, hydronics, or a related technical industry.

Strong product knowledge in at least two of the following: Plumbing, HVAC, or Hydronics.

Proven ability to develop business, manage customer relationships, and exceed sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
