Technical Sales Representative – HVAC
Location: Mississauga, ON

We're seeking a motivated Technical Sales Representative to join a growing organization representing leading residential and light commercial HVAC brands across Ontario. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with HVAC knowledge and strong technical aptitude who enjoys helping customers, solving application challenges, and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with HVAC distributors, contractors, and industry partners.

• Grow an existing territory while identifying and developing new business opportunities.

• Provide technical product recommendations and application support for residential and light commercial HVAC systems.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and project support.

• Stay current on industry trends, competitive products, and new technologies.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in the HVAC industry through technical sales, wholesale/distribution, contracting, service, or installation.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn and communicate technical product information.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
