Our client is seeking a customer-focused Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive sales growth, and develop a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team across sales and branch operations

• Drive revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships

• Oversee branch P&L, budgets, and overall financial performance

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve branch targets

• Ensure a high level of customer service and operational excellence

• Build strong relationships with key customers and suppliers

• Identify opportunities to grow market share and expand the customer base

Ideal Candidate

• Proven sales and leadership experience within a distribution or B2B environment

• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including P&L responsibility

• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team

• Customer-first mindset with strong relationship-building skills

• Results-oriented, hands-on leader with strong business judgment
