About the Role:
We’re seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Heavy Commercial sector, with a focus on markets such as healthcare, education, and public facilities. This role is all about building strong relationships, securing product specifications, and identifying opportunities for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with agency partners to grow market presence.

Build and maintain relationships with specifiers, contractors, architects, and facilities teams.

Secure inclusion of products in key project specifications.

Support go-to-market plans and uncover new opportunities.

Represent the brand at trade events and lead local engagement initiatives.

Track progress, manage pipelines, and meet regional sales goals.

Work cross-functionally to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Engage with key industry organizations (e.g., ASPE, MCA, HES).
What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field

5+ years in commercial sales, business development, or account management

Strong understanding of the commercial construction and specification process

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Strategic thinker with CRM and reporting experience

Self-driven, collaborative, and open to regular North American travel
