Branch Manager

Location: Oakville, ON

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a plumbing distribution branch. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong plumbing product knowledge, sales experience, and a proven ability to manage and develop a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage branch staff, including sales, counter, warehouse, and operations

  • Drive branch sales, profitability, and customer service

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with plumbing contractors, customers, and suppliers

  • Support and coach the sales team to achieve branch goals

  • Oversee inventory, purchasing, and day-to-day branch operations

  • Ensure a safe, organized, and efficient branch environment

  • Identify opportunities to grow sales and expand customer relationships

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in plumbing, HVAC, or related distribution

  • Previous people management or branch leadership experience

  • Strong knowledge of plumbing products and applications

  • Proven sales and customer relationship skills

  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership abilities

  • Hands-on, team-oriented approach
