Overview
A leading plumbing manufacturer is seeking a Director of Sales to lead its Canadian sales organization. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key customer relationships, leading sales teams and channel partners, and aligning commercial activities with operations, customer service, and finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Canadian sales strategy to drive revenue, profitability, and market share growth.
- Manage and grow relationships with key national accounts and distribution partners.
- Lead sales representatives, agencies, and territory management across Canada.
- Collaborate with operations, supply chain, customer service, and finance to ensure exceptional customer experience.
- Oversee pricing strategies, customer agreements, and rebate programs.
- Support business development initiatives, product launches, and channel expansion opportunities.
- Foster a high-performance, accountable sales culture through coaching and leadership.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of sales leadership experience within manufacturing, distribution, plumbing, HVAC, or related industries.
- Proven success managing key accounts and channel sales across Canada.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, margins, contracts, and negotiations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills.
