In this critical role, you’ll serve as a go-to resource for internal teams, bringing deep product knowledge and market insight to support our sales, operations, and customer service teams. With a slightly stronger emphasis on HVAC, you’ll play a key role in helping us uplevel our internal knowledge base, refine our product strategy, and position us for continued success in both categories.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in product or category management within the plumbing, hydronics, or HVAC industries

• Strong technical knowledge of both hydronics and HVAC systems — with HVAC being a slight priority due to our growth in this area

• A passion for training and sharing knowledge to support cross-functional team development

• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to make data-driven decisions

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude

• Ability to manage competing priorities and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
