- Help account managers by removing roadblocks and promoting product acceptance and technical specs in bids with key stakeholders (industry, government, engineers, and customers).
- Identify opportunities for new products, markets, and sales channels.
- Manage the full product life cycle—from evaluation and launch to training and technical support.
Sales
- Support regional account teams with product, application, and market insights to strengthen our competitive edge.
- Deliver presentations to build relationships and influence product acceptance and specifications.
- Represent the company at industry events to promote products, network, and gather market intelligence.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to spot opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with account managers to win key deals and shape regional/national specifications that favor our products.
Business Development
- Supports account managers by recommending products using technical expertise and industry insights.
- Helps plan and lead educational webinars, seminars, and technical sessions.
Prepares and delivers technical presentations to key decision-makers to support Qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience, ideally in civil or geotechnical engineering.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering, construction technology, and industry practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong teamwork skills.
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
- Office-based role with regular travel to client sites, job locations, and industry events.
- Air travel required based on regional and client needs, as well as occasional company meetings.
