Research & Development Supervisor - Engineering Department 

Our client is a leading designer and manufacturer of single zone HVAC equipment. We are looking for a Research and Development supervisor to join the team! This on-site role involves research, product development, and technical support for new products.

• Product Development
• Testing & Reporting
• Team Management
• Sales & Engineering Support

Qualifications:

• Education: Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree with at least 5 years of relevant HVAC experience.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role; experience with air-to-air and water-to-air heat pumps.
• Skills: Strong technical and project management abilities, proficiency in Solidworks, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems, as well as HVAC-related technical knowledge (psychrometrics, controls, energy efficiency, sound/vibration control).

Additional Requirements:

• Valid G-class driver’s license (Ontario).
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and use hand tools/machinery.
• Travel required (domestic and international).
