About the Role

Our client is a leading commercial plumbing manufacturer looking for a results-driven Director of Business Development to grow our market share and lead a team. This remote role will focus on driving specifications and building relationships with engineers, architects, and the A/D community. The ideal candidate has experience with manufacturer’s reps, managing a sales team, and holding them accountable to KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow commercial plumbing sales through specifications and strategic partnerships.
  • Lead and develop a team of five (and growing), ensuring accountability and success.
  • Manage and optimize relationships with manufacturer’s reps and sales agencies.
  • Drive a disciplined, metrics-focused sales strategy to meet goals.

What We’re Looking For

âś” 10+ years in commercial plumbing sales with strong industry connections.
âś” Experience leading a sales team and driving performance.
âś” Strong relationships with specification engineers & the A/D community.
âś” Proven success in business development, sales growth, and executing KPIs.
