Responsibilities: As a keen inside sales/customer service specialist you will be accountable for defined customer segments with detailed budgets and objectives. You will be servicing existing clients and selling into some existing customers. You will understand our products and our business requirements and translate the current and unmet needs of customers into sales opportunities. You will have the opportunity to do the following:
- Small project quotation
- Answer all customer service inquiries
- Systematic pricing (Quote set-up, price lists / item pricing),
- Customer communications (annual price letters, new customer welcome, holiday greetings, hours of operation),
- General inquiries (ie. products, sources, pricing and application assistance
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years post-secondary education, preferably a Bachelor’s degree with relevant work experience, or
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or industrial related industry.
