Job Duties:

• Manage ecommerce platform for a user-friendly experience
• Address technical issues, enhancements, and user inquiries
• Oversee day-to-day operations and enhance customer experience
• Utilize analytics for decision-making and generate performance reports
• Administer and optimize Product Information Management (PIM) system
• Collaborate with IT, Marketing, and external partners for system integration
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and document processes
• Stay updated on industry trends and provide team guidance and support

Qualifications:

• Education: MBA considered an asset. 
• Experience:
  • business decision-making and technical system management
  • ecommerce platform and Unilog’s CX1 management
  • PIM system administration and data management
  • mechanical/plumbing/HVAC industry and B2B ecommerce
• API understanding
• Skills: Proficient in PIM software, analytical, attention to detail, communication
