What You Will Contribute:

  • Thorough intake calls: You will conduct intake calls with clients to gain a clear understanding of their concerns and ensure effective communication.
  • Efficient appointment scheduling: You'll be responsible for scheduling and coordinating service appointments with clients, ensuring timely and smooth execution.
  • Workflow coordination: You will assign and monitor daily workflow, dispatching calls to the appropriate technicians to maximize efficiency.
  • Technician support: You'll provide assigned technicians with the necessary information, tools, materials, and equipment needed to successfully complete assignments.
  • Exceptional client care: Ensuring a high level of client care, you'll communicate information such as time of arrival, observed deficiencies, and any necessary follow-up.
  • Detailed record keeping: You will maintain accurate client records related to service escalation and status reports, facilitating efficient communication.
  • Work order review: You'll review completed work orders, verifying completeness, work performed, recommendations, and labor details.
  • Cost tracking: Review related vendor purchases and prepare work orders for accurate costing.
  • Resource management: Maintain a weekly hour bank for each technician and contribute to route and schedule optimization.
  • Fleet monitoring: Keep track of fleet activity, providing regular status reports and updates to relevant parties.
  • Safety compliance: Adhere to health and safety standards and regulatory codes, ensuring a safe working environment for all.
  • Continuous improvement: Participate in training seminars and team meetings, contributing to your ongoing professional development.
