Company Overview: Our client is a leading manufacturer’s representative that specializes in plumbing, heating, and HVAC products. They work with wholesale partners and provides technical inside sales support for our outside sales team. Job Overview: We are seeking an Inside Technical Sales person to manage commercial project files from the initial quote to the final purchase. The successful candidate will work closely with our wholesale partners, outside sales team, and engineers to ensure successful project completion. Responsibilities:
Manage commercial project files from the initial quote to the final purchase
Determine the plan of action for each project
Complete re-quotes and organize files
Place project files online using Pipedrive
Provide shop drawings to wholesale partners
Work with engineers on specs
Be the main liaison for commercial projects with our outside sales team
Be a component of technical inside sales with the team
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
Plumbing, heating, or HVAC experience is an asset, but not required
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience with Pipedrive is an asset, but not required
