This is a key role at the Mississauga Branch in ensuring customers are happy and keep coming back, while you learn the business.

Responsibilities include: 
- driving customer service excellence through customer interaction - phone, email and face to face
- processing sales, orders and collecting payment
- staying on top of inventory and supply
- supporting branch operations as needed 
- continuous learning - taking the initiative to learn the products and branch offerings.

Key skills for this job include: great customer service skills, sales, inventory and stocking, order taking and filling.

Starting Salary is 50-55,000 annual plus performance based incentives.
