As the Commercial Sales Rep, you are responsible for generating new business by identifying and developing relationships with potential clients, as well as maintaining existing relationships with current clients.
- Identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Building and maintaining relationships with key decision makers at potential and existing client companies
- Developing and delivering sales presentations to potential clients
- Negotiating and closing deals with potential and existing clients
- Meeting or exceeding sales quotas and goals
- Staying current on industry trends and competitor activity
- Collaborating with other members of the sales team and other departments within the company, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Keeping records of sales activities, such as customer interactions, sales, and revenue
- Continuously improve sales skills through training and development
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Outside sales experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
