Commercial Sales Rep

As the Commercial Sales Rep, you are responsible for generating new business by identifying and developing relationships with potential clients, as well as maintaining existing relationships with current clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities through prospecting and networking
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key decision makers at potential and existing client companies
  • Developing and delivering sales presentations to potential clients
  • Negotiating and closing deals with potential and existing clients
  • Meeting or exceeding sales quotas and goals
  • Staying current on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborating with other members of the sales team and other departments within the company, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless sales process.
  • Keeping records of sales activities, such as customer interactions, sales, and revenue 
  • Continuously improve sales skills through training and development

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Outside sales experience
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
