Sales Administrator (HVAC)

Be part of a Sales and Marketing Team for an Industry leading HVAC Manufacturer in Ottawa.
(The Sales Administrator works in the Ottawa office - this is not a WFH or Hybrid role)

This role will provide lots of variety from managing CRM, to organizing events and supporting various marketing strategy execution and sales functions.

The ideal candidate will:
  • Have completed a relevant administration/business college diploma or University degree paired with at least 1-2 years experience - ideally in inside sales and specifically HVAC, or technical product supply chain
  • Have sales and marketing in your DNA - and all your friends/family know it 
  • Be a dependable, team player - with a great attitude that is driven for success
  • Possess excellent communications and customer service skills and can build rapport with customers over the phone - are you personable, a relationship builder, and outgoing?
  • Be a natural problem solver but can be transparent when you don't have the answer
  • Not be shy to roll up your sleeves and dive into a project; take initiative and ownership and be absolutely reliable to complete tasks on time and under pressure
  • Be fluent in English, Bilingual French and or Spanish would be an asset
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint and CRM
